PHP EMS Tools uses Eventum, the support tracker used by MySQL.

Before submitting any bug reports or feature/support requests, please check the View Bug Reports page to see what's already been reported and what has already been fixed. Also, please check the News page to see if there is an upcoming patch release.

Please do not e-mail me bug reports or feature/support requests. I will be emailed automatically when you enter one online.

You can use the form located here to submit Bug Reports, Feature Requests, or Support Requests anonymously (without creating an account). You are required to input your name and email address. This will be kept private and will only be used to communicate with you about the issue you reported. Please be sure to specify in the Subject whether this is a Bug Report, Feature Request, or Support Request.

Please be sure to include:

  • Your operating system and version
  • Your versions of MySQL, PHP, and Apache, as well as appropriate configuration information
  • Any error messages or server logs
